If you are in the Cork area you can always pop in to us. We are located just off the Main Street beside Tesco at 2 Park West, Mallow, Co Cork

Our physical store is open Mon to Sat from 10am to 6pm.  You can of course make an online purchase at anytime as it is always open!

We have chosen a comprehensive selection to sell online. However our complete selection is available in store.

We cater for all sizes from 10 to 20

Online is open 24/7 but our bricks and mortar store is not open on Bank Holidays

Yes, you can! Click & Collect is a service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in store. Simply select this option during checkout

Though it doesn't happen often, sometimes mistakes can happen. If there’s any problem with your order please let us know straight away by emailing us at info@lunabellaboutique.ie. Remember to include your order number and let us know what the issue is with the order. If you wish you can include your phone number if you would like someone to call you back. Sometimes it’s just easier to resolve the issue over the phone and have the chat!

If you are not happy with your purchase and want to return or exchange something please follow our returns procedure and send the item(s) back to us. To find out how to do this click here

Once we take receipt of your return it is processed immediately and depending on your bank/credit card company it can take 5 to 10 working days for the refund to hit your account. 

No, unfortunately in-store credit notes may only be used in-store.
